摘要
介绍分别用国产晶体管3DG84I及3DA152E组成雪崩管串制成高压快速开关的方法,及这种开关在激光技术中的应用。
A method for making high voltage,high-speed switches with home-made avalanche transistors 3DG84I or 3DA152E is described Their applications in laser techniques are also presented.
