Development practice for 60 years gives birth to development philosophy ,and the globalization development of postwar 60 years contributes to development philosophy .On the basis of development practice ,depending on pratice creation , combining with chinese ,western and Marxism philosophy, modern Chinese Marxism philosophy came into being in the form of Chinese, contemprary and popular reasonable form, this is development philosophy.
