惩防腐败与加强党性党风党纪建设思考

Thoughts on Preventing and Punishing Corruption and Enhancing Construction of Party Spirit, Conduct and Discipline

中共中央纪律检查委员会向党的第十七次全国代表大会的工作报告中明确提出要"坚持惩防并举,更加注重预防,深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争",这为我们今后反腐败指明了方向。反腐败应从加强教育让人不愿腐败、创新制度让人不能腐败、严惩不贷让人不敢腐败几个方面深入研究。

The Central Discipline Inspection Committee had stated clearly that＂We must persist preventing and punishing corruption simultaneously ,pay more attention to preventation,aggressively promote the development of Party＇s style,the building of a clean government and the struggle of anti-corruption＂o It has pointed out the directionof anti- corruption. The author indicates that we can impel people to be unwilling to corrupt by boosting anti-corruption education to, unable to corrupt by innovating institutional and dare not to corrupt by punishing without leniency.
