县级统计信息化建设的难点与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures for County-level Construction of Statistic Information-based System

统计信息化建设是促进政府服务职能转变、促进地方经济科学发展的有效途径。意识落后、技术落后和人才不足、资金不足是县级统计信息化建设的难点;意识培养、人才培训、资金支持和技术平台建设是克服难点,加快县级统计信息化建设的有效途径。

This paper briefly introduces the current status for construction of statistic information-based system, analyzes such difficulties existing in county-level construction of statistic information-based system as backward consciousness, outdated technology, talent shortage and inadequate fund. It brings up some specific target-oriented measures in respect of consciousness cultivation, talent training, financial support and construction of technical platform, and puts forward the methods and procedures for construction of technical platform as well as the measures and suggestions for security construction of statistic information-based system
