对学院学生人格结构的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Construction of College Students' Personality

大学生处于人格发展和完善的重要时期,在这个阶段,他们需要吸收、摄取明确的价值观念,调整人格结构,形成独特、整合的人格,为进一步适应社会做好准备。本文在对北华航天工业学院187名学生的卡特尔16PF人格测试结果的分析基础上,结合实际工作,针对大学生的人格各要素特点,进行了初步的评估,为进一步开展教育辅导提供了参考资料。

College students are on the important stage of development and consummation of personality. In order to make preparation for adaption to society, they must learn and assimilate specific value criterion so as to adjust to personality construction, shape unique and integrative personality. On the base of investigation of 187 students of North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering by 16PF, this article tries to evaluate every aspect of college students＇ personality, and provides information for successive education and assistance.
