Political Status of the Central Secretariat IN Southqi Dynasty——Concurrently discusses with Mr.Yao Jiangen

南朝萧齐时中书省所属官吏主要有中书监、令,中书侍郎和中书舍人,三者在地位和权力上都有很大差别,且随时代的发展而有变迁,并不能简单地一概而论。同时,这种地位与权力的变化还反映了当时士族衰落、寒人兴起的历史趋势。

The government official of the central secretariat in southern qi dynasty mainly composed of zhongshuling （prime minister）,zhongshushilang （vice minister） and zhongshusheren（secretary）, all of them have the very big differ- ence in the status and the authority. Moreover,they also changed along with the development of times and it＇s not always the case. At the same time, the change of their status and authority had also reflected the historical tendency that heredi- tary scholar class declined and the cold race rised abruptly as another aspect at that time.
