两种喷砂粉对四种修复材料表面的影响

摘要 目的比较两种喷砂粉对口腔内四种修复材料表面的影响,为临床应用提供参考。方法用两种喷砂粉(Prophy pearls粉和Prophylaxis powder粉)分别喷四种修复材料(光固化玻璃离子、纳米树脂、镍铬合金,金属烤瓷)表面,扫描电镜下观察磨耗情况。结果磨耗从重到轻依次是光固化玻璃离子、纳米树脂、镍铬合金,喷砂时间越长磨耗越严重,金属烤瓷未见明显磨耗;同样时间内Prophy pearls粉造成的磨耗比Prophylaxis powder粉严重。结论用喷砂去色素和软垢时,最好避过玻璃离子和纳米树脂表面;在镍铬合金表面也不要对同一部位长时间喷砂,尤其当选用Prophy pearls粉喷砂时应特别注意。 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate and compare the surface effects of two kinds of polishing powders on four restorative materials. Methods Using two kinds of polishing powders ( Prophy pearls and prophylaxis powder) to polish four restorative materials( light-activated glass ionomer cement, nanofilled composite resin, Ni-Cr stainless steel and percelain-fused-to-matal). Then the surfaces were observed under a scanning microscope. Results The surface changes from the greatest to the least were followed : light-activated glass ionomer cement, nanofilled composite resin, Ni-Cr stainless steel. And the surface alterations are related to working time. But PFM surface was found without obviously changes. And at the same time the surface alterations were more apparent after being polished by Prophy pearls than by Prophylaxis powder. Conclusions Practitioners utilizing airpolishing should avoided GIC and resin composites. And it is better not polish stainless steel for a long time especially when using Prophy pearls.
