康复运动对老年慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响

Influence of rehabilitation exercise on quality of life in aged patients with chronic heart failure

目的:探讨康复运动对老年慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择60例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为康复运动组和对照组(各30例),在常规慢性心力衰竭治疗和护理基础上,干预组进行康复运动,分别于入院时和治疗6周后对两组患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)水平、左室射血分数(LVEF)、生活质量和6min步行距离和生活质量进行测定。结果:两组患者入院时血浆BNP水平,LVEF,6min步行距离和生活质量比较无显著差异(P均>0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗6周后康复运动组血浆BNP水平明显降低[(525.3±114.2)pg/ml:(423.2±113.5)pg/ml],LVEF明显升高[(43.86±10.21)%:(48.37±9.48)%],生活质量明显提高[(51.8±18.6):(34.7±15.6)]和6min步行距离显著增加[(312.63±48.23)m:(482.52±56.34)m],(P均<0.05)。结论:老年慢性心力衰竭患者进行康复运动,能降低血浆BNP水平,改善心功能和提高生活质量,促进患者的早日康复。

Objective： To explore the influence of rehabilitation exercise on quality of life in aged patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods： The 60 CHF patients were randomly averagely divided into two groups： the rehabilitation exercise group （30 case） treated with rehabilitation exercise and routine therapy plus nursing, the control group （30 cases） treated with routine therapy plus nursing but without rehabilitation exercise. The level of BNP, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, quality of life and 6-minute walk test were estimated before treat and six weeks after treat. Results： Compared with control group , thelevelofBNP [ （353.2±113.5） pg/mlvs. （525.3±114.2） pg/ ml]. LVEF [（43.86±10.21）% vs. （48.37±9.48）%], quality of life [（34.75±15.6） scores vs. （51.38±18.6） scores], 6-minute walk test [ （482.52±56.34） m vs. （312.63±48.23） m] significantly improved （P〈0.05 all） in rehabilitation exercise group. Conclusion： Rehabilitation exercise not only decrease BNP level but also improve the heart function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
