以废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为主要原料,用合适溶剂和改性剂处理可制得防水涂料,通过试验进行了溶剂和改性剂的选择和配制,并通过正交试验得出涂料的最佳配方,同时对防水涂料进行了性能测试.该涂料的研制是废旧泡沫塑料回收利用的有效途径,具有材料易得,生产成本低廉,制备工艺简单,变废为宝的优点.

Waterproof paints can be obtained by treating the waste polystyrene foamed plastics with proper solvents and modifies. In the experiments, the solvents and modifies were selected and formulated, the formulations of the paints were optimized by orthogonal method, and the prescription and the properties of the product were then discussed. The development of such a waterproof paint is an effective way for the reusing of the waste polystyrene foamed plastics with low cost and simple processing method.
