Realization of Reagent Purchasing Management System

目的:提高试剂采购效率,使采购信息的数据管理更加合理。方法:经过详细的需求分析后,用Delphi设计前台界面,SQL Server进行后台数据库设计,两者结合进行编程实现。结果:该系统既能完成对试剂采购信息数据的高效管理,又实现了试剂采购的自动提醒和结合Microsoft Word进行打印等实用功能。结论:该系统完成了设计目标,实现了试剂采购过程产生的大量数据的高效管理和特定功能。

Objective To improve the efficiency of the reagent purchasing process and make the management of the reagent information safer and more efficient. Methods According to particular demand analysis, Delphi is used to realize the interface and SQL Server is used to design the database. Results The system not only can offer efficient management for reagent information, but also realize the functions of auto-reminding for insufficient reagent and transferring a document to Microsoft Word to print. Conclusion The system can fulfill the original objective completely, which also realizes efficient management for the data and information produced during reagent purchasing process.
