Diagnostic Value of DDR in Synovial Sarcoma (Analysis of 19 Cases)

目的:探讨DDR在诊断滑膜肉瘤中的作用,并与传统X线模拟摄影比较有哪些优势。方法:对解放军第251医院经手术证实的19例滑膜肉瘤患者的DDR表现及常规X线模拟摄影表现进行对比。结果:DDR对于滑膜肉瘤的软组织肿瘤显示、骨的稍小破坏、关节周围的软组织肿胀、肿瘤的钙化等方面明显优于常规X线摄影。结论:DDR与常规X线摄影相比图像质量好,提供的诊断信息多,对诊断滑膜肉瘤有较高的价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of DDR in synovial sarcoma and compare with the traditional X-ray photography. Mothods The DDR manifestation of synovial sarcoma patients which confirmed by operation in our hospital was contrasted with the traditional X-ray photography. Results The DDR performance of synovial sarcoma in soft tissue tumors, small bone destruction around the joints and soft tissue swelling, calcification of tumors are superior to traditional X-ray photography. Conclusion The DDR has better X-ray image quality than traditional X-ray, which can provide more diagnostic information and higher diagnostic value in this disease.
