广东省机构编制委员会印发的《广东省地质局机构编制方案》,明确了广东省地质局的定位、主要任务、内设机构、人员编制及经费,这个方案是省级地质工作体制改革的一次新的探索,对促进广东地质工作发展将会起到比较好的作用。

The paper argues that 'the plan for the authorized size of Guangdong Provincial Geological Bureau' issued by Organization Committee of Guangdong Province clearly determines the positioning, the main tasks, their internal structure, staffing and funding of Guangdong Provincial Geological Bureau. The paper points out that this plan is a new attempt for the provincial geological work restructuring, and it will play a better role in promoting the development of Guangdong geological work.
