浅议高速公路交通安全管理信息化建设和应用

A Discussion on Informationization Construction in Traffic Security Control on Highways and Its Application

目前,湖南省公安厅交警总队高速公路管理支队高度重视"三基"工程建设,已经将大量的人力财力应用在科技发展当中。不过,制约湖南交警信息化建设和应用工作的因素仍然存在,因此,我们要抓住此项工程建设的有利时机,加强信息化建设,推动基层基础工作,为队伍管理和执勤执法提供有利的科技服务,从而实现在当前社会信息化主导下交通管理模式的转变。

Imformationization construction of traffic control and its application is a very important component of the whole public security imformationization work. At present, the Highway Management Police Detachment of Hunan Provincial Public Security Bureau is attaching great importance to the construction of the＂Three Basis Project＂ ,and has put great amount of money and efforts in the development of science and technology. However,factors restricting traffic imformationization construction and application still exist. Therefore,we should snatch the good opportunity to strengthen the construction of informationization, promote the basic-level foundation work as well as provide advantageous scientific and technological service for team management and law - enforcement, thus to achieve the conversion of traffic control mode under the present leading of social informationization.
