摘要
警察的一般权利和特殊权利共同构成了警察享有的权利体系,二者紧密相连。警察权利和警察权力两者属于不同的概念范畴,两者的主体、特征、范围不同,但是警察权力和警察权利仍是互为关联。在当前,采取有效措施保障警察权利具有多重现实价值。
The closely linked general rights and special rights of police constitute the right system enjoyed by police. The police right differs from police power in such aspects as subject, characteristics and range, but they are still closely connected. At present, taking effective measures to guarantee police rights is of multiple realistic value.
