生物质热解生物油的成分分析 被引量:22

摘要 在流化床上快速热解玉米秸秆粉,得到成分复杂的生物油。生物油上层是溶于水的轻质液体,下层是难溶于水的大分子物质。用二氯甲烷萃取上层液体中的有机相,气质分析(GC/MS)结果表明其主要成分除乙酸、羟基丙酮外,还有环戊烯酮、糠醛、糠酮、苯酚等及其衍生物,与谱库中的标准物对比有较高的匹配度。下层大分子部分化学性质更为复杂,需要进一步探究分离和检测方法。由于理化性质复杂,生物油的应用需要进一步的研究探讨。 The complicated bio-oil pymlyzed from corn stalk in a fluid bed reactor was comprised of two fractions: water- soluble and water-insoluble fractions. The water-soluble fraction extracted by dichloromethane (CH2Cl2 ) was analyzed us- ing gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results show that except acetic acid and 2-propanone, 1- hydroxy, the major chemical compositions were also identified, such as cyclopentenone, furfural, furanmethanol, phenol and their derivatives, and these compounds match well with the date book. Water-insoluble fraction analyzed by GC/MS was more complicated and the detection method need to be studied further. The upgrading technologies of biomass includ- ed hydrogenation, catalytic cracking, emulsification, separation and purification, etc. Because of its complicated characters, the application of bio-oil should be discussed further.
