摘要 文章阐述了在成人高等教育实施完全学分制的必要性;从整合构建课程体系、建立自主选课机制、完善信息化系统管理三个方面介绍了广东工业大学在成人高等学历教育实行完全学分制的实践举措;并结合多年探索实践的成效,归纳总结出实施完全学分制实现成人高等教育人才培养多样化、个性化的具体措施和方法,包括转变教育管理理念、实现办学规模与教学资源的协调统一、构建科学的管理制度与支撑平台三个方面。 This paper describes the necessity of implementing the complete credit system for adult higher education. It introduces three aspects of adult higher education in the practice of the complete credit system from the perspectives of the integrated construction of curriculum system, the establishment of independent course-selection mechanism, the improvement of t information management system. Finally, in light of the effectiveness of many years of research and practice, it summarizes the experience and enlightenment from the complete credit system to implementing diversified and personalized talent training in adult higher education, including three points: the transiormation in education management, the compatibility between school size and the educational resources, the construction of scientific management system and supporting platform.
