基于Logistic曲线测度的属性识别模型在污水处理厂扩建规划中的应用

摘要 针对传统属性识别模型在综合决策评价时存在的不足,提出了基于Logistic属性测度函数的改进属性识别模型。通过改进属性识别模型在某城市污水处理厂扩建决策评价中的应用实例,说明了由于非线性测度函数能更好地描述评价指标的实际隶属度,故基于Logistic曲线测度的属性识别模型(Logistic—curve based attribute recognition model,LARM)具有更高的决策可靠性,在决策评价问题中具有一定的推广应用价值。 As errors usually occurred when the general attribute recognition model was utilised to make decision assessment, a modified attribute recognition model based on logistic measure function has been proposed. A case applying the model to the planning assessment of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) expansion revealed that non-linear measure function had better abilities to describe the natural attribute degree of assessment indexes. Therefore, the logistic-curve based attribute recognition model (LARM) has higher reliability in decision-making and wider applicability in the decision assessment.
