高等学校辅导员职业化是近几年常提的一个话题,从发展的角度看,辅导员职业化是必然的趋势。从国内高校辅导员职业化建设的实践来看,目前应全力加强职业队伍建设,高度重视队伍建设的规范化,并建立健全辅导员正常的晋升机制,努力造就一批专家型的辅导员工作队伍。

The professionalization of college and university assistants for political and ideological work has been a hot topic in recent years. From a development point of view, it is an inevitable trend. Considering the domestic practice of the professionalization of college and university assistants, we should at present make every effort to strengthen the professional team-building, attach great importance to its standardization, and establish and improve normal mechanisms for promotion to create a group of expert team of assistants.
