《孙子兵法》是中国古代一部重要的军事著作。在中外文化交流过程中,《孙子兵法》流传到国外,并受到了重视。《孙子兵法》在中国唐朝时期传入日本,此后被广泛地研究和应用。相对于日本来说,《孙子兵法》传入欧美的时间相对比较晚,直到20世纪初才有英文译本问世。如今,《孙子兵法》在欧美已备受军、政、财、商等各界人士的关注和信赖。

The Art of War is an important ancient Chinese military work. In the course of Sino-forcign cultural exchanges, it spreads abroad, and has been duly noted. During the Tang Dynasty it was brought to Japan and has been extensively researched and applied. However, it was propagated to Europe and the United States much later. There was not an English version until the early 20th century. Today, The Art of War receives much concern from military, political and financial figures and in Europe and America.
