摘要
新理念核心在于利用蓄能运行使电网低谷剩余电能,通过储存转换,变成和再生能源一样,可周而复始,更新使用,化解了水资源和水能资源贫乏的困境,形成可持续发展的循环机制。这样使电网中各种火电、水电等机组都可在较优工况下平稳运行,可减少启停次数,对节能减排作用显著。总之,水电、火电以及核电、风电、太阳能电等可再生新能源考虑蓄能运行后可使之步入新的境界,对促进循环经济、节能减排和可持续发展十分有利。
The core of the new idea is to convert the surplus power during the valley load period of power network into a recyclepower through the relevant storage and conversion with the power storage operation, which can operate in cycles with renewable utilization and then create a cycle mechanism for the sustainable development concemed. In this way, all kinds of thermal power and hydropower generation units in a power net can smoothly operate under a more optimal operation condition along with the decrease of start-ups and shut-downs; from which a significant effect of energy saving and emission reduction can be obtained as well. Generally, if the power storage operation is considered for the renewable energies such as hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power, wind power, solar power, etc. , it can certainly reach a new level and be much more favorable to promote the cycle economy, energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development.
