Guiding reservoir resettlement and promoting construction of socialist harmonious society with scientific outlook

回顾了新中国成立以来水库移民的历史与现状,分析了水库移民工作中存在的主要问题与原因,介绍了新时期水利移民政策及实施情况。文中提出:应建立健全移民政策及相关法规体系,理顺相应的管理体制,依法行政,以科学发展观指导水库移民工作,促进我国和谐社会的建设。

The history and status of the reservoir resettlement since the founding of new China are reviewed and the main problems during the resettlement and their causations are analyzed herein, furthermore, the policies for the resettlement and their implementations during the new era are introduced as well. It is pointed out that the policies of the resettlement and the related statute systems must be established and perfected and the relevant management system must be straightened out, so as to guide the reservoir resettlement and promote the construction of the socialist harmonious society with scientific outlook in China.
