摘要
以社会资本为理论框架对当前我国的社会主义生态文明建设进行了阐述和分析,指出社会资本与生态文明建设之间存在一定关联,社会资本的存量是生态文明建设的重要资源。在生态文明建设过程中,必须壮大社会资本,包括加强对各社会主体的生态价值观教育,完善生态管理体制和培育民间环保组织,努力增进政府同企业、公民之间的良好沟通和合作,实现生态文明建设管理模式上的善治转变。
Through analysis,we found that there are some linkages between social capital and Eco-civilization.Social capital constitutes an important resource of Eco-civilization construction.The current development of China s social capital is not yet ripe,therefore,in Eco-civilization construction process,we must strengthen the social capital,strengthen the main ecological society values education,improve the eco-management system and civil environment protection organizations,strive to promote communication and cooperation between government, enterprises and the people, and realize the change of the Eco-civilization construction management mode in good governance.
