摘要
受教育权是宪法规定的一项基本权利,其行使有赖外界的协助。贫困、学困、校困和师困诸因素阻碍了农村女童受教育权的真正实现。国家应制订倾斜政策,深化农村教师人事制度并完善工资保障机制,调整农村中小学课程内容,加强女童实用技术教育;修改完善相关法律,增强法律的可操作性和可诉性。
As a basically constitutional right, the right to education of rural girls has not been fulfilled by law because of poverty and difficulties in learning and teaching. To solve these problems, the author puts forward some suggestions such as making preferential policies to make farmers rich, reforming personnel and salary systems of rural teachers, adding more practical courses, and amending laws to make them more manipulative and justiciable.
