某汽车配件厂技术改造项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的对某汽车配件厂技术改造项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法按《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价技术导则》要求的方法进行评价。结果调查显示,本技改项目中存在的主要职业病危害因素是电焊尘、锰及其化合物、铜烟、电弧光、CO、CO2、NO2、O3、氧化铅、高温、噪声。主要职业病危害因素的检测结果,噪声LEX,8h为70.3 102.1 dB(A),有2个噪声作业岗位超标,LEX,8h为85.5 dB(A)和102.1 dB(A),电焊烟尘8 h接触浓度范围为1.96 3.14 mg/m3,锰及其无机化合物8h接触浓度范围为0.002 8 0.044 3 mg/m3,铜烟8 h接触浓度范围为0 0.003 81 mg/m3,臭氧检测值范围0.10 0.26mg/m3,二氧化氮未检出。焊烟尘、锰、铜烟、臭氧、二氧化氮检测浓度均未超过国家职业接触限值。结论该技改项目采取的职业病危害防护控制措施是有效的,基本达到了控制职业病危害的效果。 Objective To evaluate the occupational hazard control effect in technological transformations project of an automobile fittings factory. Method The assessment was made according to the requests of the "Technical Guidelines for Effect Assessment for Occupational Hazard Control in Construction Project". Resuits The examining result of the main occupational hazard factors of this technological transformation project demonstrated that: the noise exceeding the allowed figure in 2 work posts i. e. Lex. 8h = 85.5 and 102. 1 dB ( A), and other various examining result of the occupational hazard factors had not surpass the national stipulation of the occupational exposures limits. Conclusion The occupational hazard protection control measure adopted for this technological transformation project conforms to "Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises", and the occupational hazard control effect, has been basically achieved.
