健康教育在结肠造口患者护理中的应用

Application of Health Education in Nursing of Patients Receiving Colostomy

目的探讨健康教育在结肠造口患者护理中的应用,以促进患者康复,提高生活质量。方法对50例结肠造口患者从心理方面、疾病常识、术前术后、康复期等阶段实施健康教育和指导。结果50例患者接受相关健康教育后,除2例对造口袋粘胶过敏致造口周围皮炎、3例在早期因裁剪洞口大小不合适,造口排泄物外溢刺激致皮肤损伤外,其余患者均能独立或在家属协助下完成造口护理。结论在对结肠造口患者的护理中,应充分发挥健康教育的作用,改善患者认知能力,帮助患者尽早掌握造口护理方法,促使其早日返回社会。

Objective To discuss the application of health education in nursing the patients receiving colostomy in order to facilitate their rehabilitation and improve their life quality. Methods Heahh education and health guidance on psychology and general knowledge of disease were conducted among 50 patients receiving colostomy before and after operation and during rehabilitation period. Results After health education, the patients could care their stoma wound independendy or by the help of family members except 2 patients who were allergic to the viscose for ostomy and had dermatitis around the stoma and 3 patients whose skin was stimulated to have lesion because of the unfit size of the hole cut which led the excretion spillovefing. Conclusion Health education could effectively improve the cognitive ability of the patients receiving colostomy and make them to know the methods of stoma nursing and return to society quickly.
