论未病不等于亚健康

Non-disease does not equal to sub-health

"治未病"与亚健康已成为当今社会的两大热点,而学术界对亚健康与中医之"未病"及一些相关问题的认识存在较大的分歧,甚至是很模糊的。文章通过分析"未病"、亚健康以及相关概念,阐述了"未病"与亚健康、"治未病"与亚健康调理的不同点,对更好地理解它们所包含的科学内涵具有重要意义。

Preventive treatment of diseases＇ and sub-health has become hot spots in today＇s society, but the understanding of sub-health, non-disease and some related issues are fuzzy, even different in academia. The concept of sab-health, non-disease and some related concept are analyzed in this article, the differences between them are expounded. It has great significance for better understanding the scientific connotation of them.
