相对湿度对蛇足石杉生理生化指标的影响

Effects of air humidity on several physiological and biochemical indexes of Huperzia serrata

目的:研究相对湿度对蛇足石杉生理生化指标的影响。方法:设置不同相对湿度,测定蛇足石杉可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、多酚氧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性。结果:90%相对湿度条件比较适合蛇足石杉生长。结论:本试验结果可为蛇足石杉规范化种植(GAP)提供参考。

Objective： To study the effects of air humidity on several physiological and biochemical indexes of H. serrata. Method： Determin soluble protein, soluble sugar contents, activities of PPO, POD and CAT under the conditions of different air humidity. Result： The condition of 90% relative air humidity is more suitable for the growth of H. serrata.Conclusion： The result can be used for GAP of H. serrata.
