美国奥巴马政府成立以来,中美关系呈现出一系列积极发展态势。但美国对外战略受到错综复杂因素的影响和制约,美国对中国的不信任依然存在,双边关系结构性矛盾并未因奥巴马上台而化解。目前中美关系之所以呈现建设性态势,更多地是奥巴马为了振兴美国经济而又有求于中国作出的权宜之计。奥巴马言行不一的对华政策表明,未来中美关系虽不至于出现根本性逆转,也不会一帆风顺。

From the founding of the Obama Administration, Sino- US relations have been emerging a series of positive development trends. But the foreign strategies of the U. S. are affected and restricted by complex factors, the United States＇ distrust for China still exists and bilateral structural contradictions has not been resolved for Obama＇s coming to the power. The reason why the current Sino - US relations have a constructive tendency is that Obama needs China＇s help to revive the U.S. economy. That Obama＇s inconsistentChina policy suggests that the future of Sino - US relations will not reverse fundamentally or be a smooth sailing.
