当前高职学生党建中的“十重十轻”问题——基于对广东省五所高职院校的问卷调查

本文在调研的基础上，对当前高职院校学生党建工作中存在的问题进行分析，总结归纳为“十重十轻”，即重功利轻思想、重数量轻质量、重发展轻培养、重入党前教育轻入党后教育、重校内轻校外、重借鉴轻创新、重硬件轻软件、重学生轻教师、重结果轻过程、重眼前轻长远。
