本文通过文献研究法和系统分析法，分别对教练班子、运动员、技术和训练进行分析描述，指出我国女子三级跳远成绩滞后的因素。并在此基础上进行分析，指出提高我国女子三级跳远成绩的对策。2008年北京奥运会，是我们的一个挑战，我们应抓住这一有利时机，对该项目进行深入细致的研究，以期待在短期内有大的突破。
