Analyze on Comprehensive Evaluation of Port Logistics in Heilongjiang Province

通过分析黑龙江省边境口岸物流的发展状况,建立适合黑龙江省边境口岸物流系统的评价体系,并采用综合评价方法对黑龙江省一类口岸进行评价,明确黑龙江省边境口岸物流的发展方向,实现对黑龙江省边境口岸物流系统的量化分析,指出黑龙江省边境口岸发展的不足,为口岸建设与发展提供决策依据。

Through analysing the situation of the border port logistics of Heilongjiang province, a set of e- valuation system for border port logistics system was to be established, and an integrated evaluation meth- od was to be adopted to carry out the evaluation of the first class of ports for Heilongjiang province, the di- rection of development of port logistics of Heilongjiang province has been definituded, and actulizing the quantitative analysis for border port logistics system of Heilongjiang province. At the same time, pointing out its shortcoming of border port development of Heilongjiang province, providing the decision making for the Key port construction and development.
