摘要
工程质量的优劣取决于工程管理水平的高低,因而,公路施工现场管理是整个公路工程施工管理的核心。结合工程实践,从施工准备、资源配置、调整机械、防洪排水、质量管理、进度及成本控制等方面对公路施工现场管理进行论述,并提出防治方法。
Project quality＇s fit and unfit quality are decided by the project management level height, thus the highway construction scene management is the entire highway engineering construction management core. Tt^e union project practice, from the construction preparation, the resources deployment, the adjustment gear, flood prevention draining water, the quality control, the progress control, the cost control, the construction guarantees passes and so on aspect contents to carry on the elaboration to the highway construction scene management, proposed the prevention method.
