摘要 以电喷发动机油路的燃油压力调节器膜片为研究对象,设计实验台动态模拟燃油压力调节器在各种工况下的运行状态,进行膜片耐乙醇汽油疲劳实验,对体积变化率、质量变化率、硬度变化率进行分析,结果表明乙醇汽油对膜片有轻度腐蚀。通过分析膜片被腐蚀的原因,提出用氢化丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶、丁腈橡胶与氯化聚醚共混胶及各种助剂为配方的耐乙醇汽油材料制造膜片的改进方案。 It studies the rubber diaphragms which are used in the pressure regulator of fuel supply system in electronic gasoline engine. Tring experiment desk is designed to describe all working states by regulating. The experiment is carried out by disposing the diaphragms in ethanol gasoline in order to test the a--bility of withstanding ethanol gasoline. The results shows that the rubber diaphragms have suffered certain cor- rosion by sdudy on the bulk rate, the mass variation and hardness variation. It analyses the causes of the corrosion and suggests improved solutions by meas of mixing HNBR,[luorine rubber, butadiene acryloni- trile rubber and chlorinated polyether together with various assistants. The ability to withstand ethanol gasoline for the rubber diaphragm has be improved.
