摘要 在信息化、全球化的冲击下,越来越多的企业员工容易陷入职业发展的瓶颈阶段——职业高原时期。职业高原会影响员工的生活、工作和心理状态,使得工作效率降低,工作的满意度下降,甚至离职,给组织造成一定的负面影响。因此,了解职业高原的产生原因对组织来说可以最大程度地减少职业高原对组织的不利因素,提高员工的工作满意度和组织忠诚度,实现组织的不断发展。本文在文献研究的基础上,采用实证分析的方法,系统分析员工职业高原的形成因素,探讨其对职业高原产生作用的不同影响,进而提出避免职业高原现象产生的针对性措施,为组织人力资源管理提供参考。 In the impact of information technology and globalization,increasing numbers of employees will experience a plateau at some point in their career, which we named it for career plateau. Plateaued employees will have some negative work attitudes and withdrawal behaviors. Their job satisfaction and organizational loyalty will decrease and even they will separate from the organization. All of these will have a harmful effect on organization. So to organization, helping employees avoid career plateau will reduce the bad influence of employees' career plateau to the maximum extent possible and improve employees' job satisfaction and organization loyalty so as to achieve the development of the organization. Based on the literature and through the empirical methods,our study analyzed the factors that lead to the career plateau. According to the conclusion of this study,we put forward some theoretical and practical advices focused on the objectives of the organization to solve career plateau phenomena so as to provide reference for human resource management in the organization.
