摘要
本文以新陆公司为例,时企业传统人事管理与现代意义上的人力资源管理从形式到本质上进行了对比,阐述了国有企业树立现代人力资源管理理念的重要意义,同时也说明国有企业以改革改制为契机,及时实现从传统人事管理到现在人力资源管理转变的必要性和可行性。
