通过调查潜江市177座55kw以上固定电力排灌泵站，查找了普遍存在的问题，分析了其产生的原因及影响因素，针对各种问题提出了5个方面的解决办法或未来对策，即：深化泵站管理体制改革，推行农民协会管理模式，建立长效运行机制，稳定投入保障机制，依靠科技进步推进泵站现代化。

Through investigates above Qianjiang 177 55kw the fixed electric irrigation pumping station, searched the universal existence question,has analyzed the reason and the influence factor which it produces, proposed 5 aspect solutions or the ：future countermeasure in view of each kind of question, namely： Deepens the pumping station management organizational reform, carries out the peasant association to manage the pattern, establislies the persistent effect operational mechanism, invests the safeguard mechanism stably, depends upon the advance in technology to advance the pumping station modernization.
