摘要
在钢筋混凝土结构设计中，每个设计者的经验不同，对规范的理解不同，所以在处理某个设计问题时，也就会采取不同的处理方法。对于钢筋混凝土框架结构设计中，基础、梁、柱、板四部分应注意的问题，分别提出了几点看法。
In the reinforced concrete structure design, each designer＇s experience is different, the understanding is different to the standard, therefore when deals with some design issue, also can adopt the different processing method. Regarding the reinforced concrete portal frame construction design in, the question which the foundation, Liang,the column, the board/our parts should pay attention, proposed several views separately.
