我国是以国有经济为主体的社会主义国家，国有企业经营的效率和效果关系到整个国家和民族的兴衰。国有企业内部控制建设存在诸多问题，严重阻碍了企业的健康稳定发展。本文首先介绍我国国有企业实施内部控制的历史和现状，然后提出了国有企业实施内部控制存在的主要问题，最后有针对性的提出了完善建议。

China is a socialist country in which state-owned economy play a main role, the efficiency and effectiveness of state-owned enterprises has great relationship with the whole country. There are many problems in the application of internal control,which severely hinder the healthy development of state-owned enterprises. This paper first introduce the history and present situation of internal control of stateowned enterprises, then proposes main problems of it, finally put up suggestions to improve the situation.
