我国传统经济特区的新发展——以深圳建设自由港问题为例

The new development of Chinese traditional special economic zones --Take the case of the constructing of free ports in Shenzhen Luo Qinghe

我国的经济特区可以分为传统的经济特区和新经济特区两类。新时期经济特区特别是传统经济特区的发展正面临着新的巨大挑战。以深圳为典型代表的传统经济特区应该继续“特”下去，寻找新的发展模式，将发展遇到瓶颈的保税区过渡到自由港，继续引领中国经济的发展。

Chinese special economic zones can be divided into traditional special economic zones and new special economic zones. In the new period, special economic zones, especially traditional special economic zones are facing new challenges. Traditional special economic zones which are represented by Shenzhen should continue to be special, and should search for new development model. By the method of transforming bonded areas whose development encountered bottlenecks to free ports, Shenzhen will keep on leading the development of Chinese economy.
