超敏C反应蛋白在2型糖尿病血管性病变中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)血管性病变中的作用及临床价值。方法96例T2DM患者分为有血管性病变组(50例)和无血管性病变组(46例),正常健康者50例为对照组,采用透射比浊法分别测定hs-CRP浓度,常规检测血脂水平。结果有血管性病变组与无血管性病变组hs-CRP水平较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),且有血管性病变组hs-CRP水平显著高于无血管性病变组(P<0.05);TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水平组内组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论hs-CRP可作为T2DM血管性病变诊断的重要指标,具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) expression in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with vascular lesions and its clinical significance. Methods 96 cases of T2DM patients were divided into vascular disease group (50 cases) and non-vascular lesion group (46 cases), 50 cases of normal healthy control,the hs-CRP ,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C levels were measured by transmission turbidity. Results The hs- CRP levels in the vascular disease group and non-vascular lesion group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈O.OS),and the hs-CRP levels in the vascular disease group were significantly higher than that of the non-vascular lesion group (P〈0.05); TC,LDL-C and HDL-C level had no statistically significant difference among the three groups (P〈 0.05). Conclusion hs-CRP can be used as diagnosis of T2DM complicated with vascular lesions,which has an important clinical value.
