Effect of Sanjie zhentong capsule on cytokine secretion in endometriosis patients

摘要目的观察散结镇痛胶囊对子宫内膜异位的临床疗效。方法64例子宫内膜异位患者随机分治疗组和对照组,分别连续三个月经周期口服散结镇痛胶囊或丹那唑治疗,观察临床疗效。结果治疗结束至停药三个月内,散结镇痛胶囊组总有效率达87.1%,其效果优于丹那唑。结论散结镇痛胶囊对子宫内膜异位症有良好的治疗效果。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanjie zhentong capsule on the endometriosis patients. Methods There 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and crontrol group,oraUy taken with Sanjie zhentong capsule or danazol for three menstrual cycles,respectively,then the clinical effect were evaluated. Results Three months after the drug withdraw, the total effective rate of Sanjie zhentong capsule on endometriosis was 87.1%, which was batter than danazol. Conclusion Sanjie zhentong capsule was shown to be effective in endometriosis.
