骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的经济负担分析

Economic burden of patients with osteoporotic spinal fracture

目的分析骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者的经济负担及其影响因素。方法对156例骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者进行问卷调查,对直接经济负担和间接经济负担及其影响因素进行分析。结果平均每例脊柱骨折患者直接经济负担为24 712.06元,间接经济负担2 509.49元。影响直接经济负担和间接经济负担的因素有治疗方式、住院天数、年龄和医疗费用负担方式。结论骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者直接经济负担重,应采取有效措施,积极防治骨质疏松,减轻患者的经济负担。

Objective To investigate the economic burden of patients with osteoporotic spinal fracture. Methods Retrospective questionnaire survey of economic burden was made on 156 osteoporotic spinal fracture patients. Results Direct economic burden for an osteoporotic spinal fracture pafietn was RMB 24 712.06 yuan, and the indirect economic burden was RMB 2 509.49 yuan. Factors influencing total direct and indirece costs included length of hospitalization,age,type of payment and treatment way affecting the cost during hospitalization. Conclusion Osteoporosis has become a serious public health problem among the elderly, Some effective methods should be taken to reduce the burden of the patients.
