摘要 在基于MC9S12XEP100单片机的ECU平台上,开发了基于ISO 15765的故障诊断接口。该接口通过CAN总线进行通信,具有权限控制、故障信息管理、实时监控、整机整车测试、Flash编程和OBD模式等功能。试验表明,该故障诊断接口不仅能满足现阶段国Ⅲ柴油机的故障诊断功能需求,还能为柴油机的开发、测试和匹配标定提供支持。 Based on ECU platform of MC9S12XEP100 single chip microcomputer, the fault diagnosis interface wad developed according to ISO 15765. The interface communicated through CAN bus and had the functions of authority control, fault management, real-time monitoring, vehicle testing, Flash programming and OBD mode. The results show that the interface can meet the fault diagnosis requirements of China Ⅲ diesel engine and bring support for the development, testing and calibration of diesel engine.
