摘要
通过对国内外大量高紧凑装甲车辆柴油机总体设计参数统计类比与计算分析,进行了基本柴油机紧凑性设计影响因素分析,主要研究了V形夹角、气缸直径、气缸数目对柴油机外廓尺寸的影响规律,建立气缸中心距、连杆长度、活塞压缩高度与气缸直径或活塞行程的近似关系,得到高紧凑柴油机最小外廓尺寸推荐估算公式。介绍了基于高强化热力过程大功率柴油机总体特征参数设计选取方法,总结出现代柴油机强化程度、紧凑性、先进性等的评价方法,对柴油机研发战略决策和总体设计参数的选择起到一定的指导作用。
According to the statistical analogy and computational analysis between overall design parameters of highly compact armored vehicle engine home and abroad, the factors influencing the compactness design of diesel engine were discussed. The influences of V-angle, cylinder diameter and cylinder number on the overall dimension of diesel engine were mainly researched, the similar relationships between cylinder center distance, connecting rod length, piston compression height and cylinder diameter or piston stroke were built, and finally the formula of estimating the smallest overall dimension of diesel engine was acquired. Moreover, the method of selecting overall design parameters based on high power diesel engine was introduced and the evaluation methods of strengthening degree, compactness and advancement for modern diesel engine were achieved, as brought the reference for the decision of diesel engine developing strategy and the selection of overall design parameters.
