摘要
对双卷流燃烧室和浅盆形燃烧室进行了不同负荷工况下的三维仿真分析,并进行了对比试验。研究结果表明,双卷流燃烧室在整个负荷范围内在燃烧速率及效率上都比浅盆形燃烧室有明显的优势。证明双卷流燃烧室比浅盆形燃烧室更适用于大功率柴油机的高效快速燃烧,其燃烧室的内室在提高空气利用率及加快扩散混合速率方面具有非常显著的作用。
The double swirl combustion chamber and shallow basin shaped combustion chamber were analyzed by 3-D simulation under different working conditions and their comparison experiment was carried out. The results show that the double swirl chamber has the advantages of combustion rate and efficiency over the shallow basin shaped combustion chamber, which proves that the double swirl combustion chamber is more suitable for the fast combustion of high power diesel engine. The inner chamber of double swirl system can apparently improve the air utilization and accelerate the mixing process.
