摘要
主要研究了基于CCD的合成绝缘子亲水角的自动测量问题.介绍了水珠图像获取的装置和方法,简单描述了图像的处理过程,包括图像的预处理、滤波、二值化、边缘检测、边缘的细化以及边缘曲线的滤波等.重点描述了水珠边缘曲线的拟合,比较了多项式拟合和正交多项式拟合两种方法,以及利用这两种方法拟合后的曲线和绝缘表面夹角的计算,分析了获取的亲水角误差.
The automatic measuring of hydrophilic angle on the surface of composite insulator is studied by charge coupled device(CCD). The devices and methods to acquire the image of the drip are described. And the process of the image manipulation is also described in brief, including the image pre-processing, the filtering, the binarization, the detection and refinement of the edge, and the filtering of the edge curve etc. The fitting of the edge curve is expounded emphatically. The two kinds of methods between polynomial fitting and orthogonal polynomials fitting are compared. Finally, the images of the fitting curve, the calcula- tion of the tangent angles of two end points, as well as the analysis of the errors during acquisition of the hydrophilic angle are given.
