摘要
在用Penning阱探测团簇离子的过程中发现了移动峰.通过分析移动峰,发现V-B^2图像并不是一条通过原点的直线,而是在B^2轴上有截距.经分析,截距是南离子阱的结构与理想离子阱的结构有偏差引起的,最后对引起截距的因素进行定量分析,求出了结构修正系数.还利用该机制设计出具有高分辨率的探测存储离子的新方法.
The author find floating peak when detect cluster ion. The plot of V--B^2 isn't a beeline by origin, it has intercept in the axes of B^2 and intercept is evocable by structure warp of actual ion trap and perfect ion trap . Finally the author quantificational analyze factors that bring intercept and gain structure modification coefficient. A new method of detection trapped ion with high resolving power making use of this mechanism is designed.
