新型二氢噻吩并噻吩并嘧啶酮衍生物的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis and properties of new dihydrothienothieno pyrimidinone derivatives

摘要 研究了新型二氢噻吩并噻吩并嘧啶酮衍生物7a~7h的合成方法,该方法应用膦亚胺4与苯基异氰酸酯的氮杂Wittig反应,得到的碳二亚胺5再与仲胺反应,以70%~81%的总产率合成了8种未见文献报道的噻吩并噻吩并嘧啶酮衍生物7a~7h.所得产物7a~7h的结构由NMR,MS,IR和元素分析所确证. Eight unreported dihydro-thienothienopyrimidinones 7a-7h were synthesized in total yields of 70%-81% by a consecutive method, which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophospborane 4 with phenyl isocynate to give carbodiimide 5 and subsequent reaction of 5 with various amine. The structure of 7a-7h were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, IR and elementary analysis.
