摘要
乙酰辅酶A羧化酶为多功能蛋白酶,芳氧苯氧类和环己二酮类为其主要的抑制剂类型.但是由于这两类除草剂的长期以及大面积使用,杂草很快产生了抗性.该文对乙酰辅酶A的性质、羧基转移酶的晶体结构及其与除草剂分子盖草能的结合方式作了简单的讲述,同时重点讨论了杂草对乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂产生抗性的原因,为合理药物设计提供了基础.
Acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase) is a bioinylated enzyme, which has two type herbicides, including aryloxyphenoxy propionate (APP) and cyclohexanedione (CHD). But along with the long-term and big area use, the weed's resistance appeared quickly. In this paper, we summarized the character of ACCase and the crystal structure of CT from yeast. At the same time, we mainly talk about the resistance for APP and CHD, which would offer the foundation for rational design compound.
