摘要
用飞利浦Magix PW2424型X射线荧光光谱仪对不锈钢建筑管材进行元素定量分析,测定不锈钢中S、Si、P、Ni、Cr、Ti、Mn、W、Co、Mo、Cu等11种元素.给出各元素的基体效应校正系数,建立了标准工作曲线.实验结果证明X射线荧光光谱分析方法准确度高、速度快,并具有良好的稳定性.
A high capability Philips PW2424 wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was used to test the elements' concentrations in stainless steel used as ar-chitecture materials such as S, Si, P, Ni, Cr, Ti, Mn, W, Co, Mo and Cu. Calibration curves were promoted and the correction factors of interference elements were calculated. From the quantitative results the method of direct multi-element WDXRF determination in stainless steel architecture materials was improved rapid, simple and provides sufficient accuracy and precision for this kind of analysis.
